Since the start. MOBY have provided a very good service looking after the bikes they provided across all our sites in South London, with regular visits for preventative maintenance and repairs.
Our agreed SLA is for have 87% of bikes operating during all times and MOBY is currently operating at 96%. I really enjoy working with MOBY and as we scale our business in the UK we will be requiring more bikes for our delivery drives and we plan to work with MOBY to provide us with more bikes as our needs grow.
